Fall Performance Development Rowing: Thursdays 6:30-8am and Sundays 6:30-8am August 15-Sept. 22 $450

1-month RowFit classes (Thursdays 6-7pm at our rowing machine room): $175

2-pack coaching $150 - includes Tuesday mornings 6:30-8am on the water and Wednesday evenings 7-8pm indoor training in our rowing machine room

4-pack coaching $280 - includes Tuesday mornings 6:30-8am on the water and Wednesday evenings 7-8pm indoor training in our rowing machine room

6-pack coaching $390 - includes Tuesday mornings 6:30-8am on the water and Wednesday evenings 7-8pm indoor training in our rowing machine room
