This questionnaire is part of my Open University Master of Science project examining the challenges of securing engagement from diverse stakeholders in contentious environmental studies. Ethical approval for the project's data collection activity comes from the Open University’s Human Research Ethics Committee (reference HREC/2017/2546/Downing/1 dated 19 April 2017). The raw questionnaire data can be provided anonymously, will be aggregated and anonymised in reporting, will be password protected, will only be used in this MSc, will be destroyed at the end of the course (December 2017) and will only be seen by myself and Open University MSc tutors and Awards Board members. In proceeding further you are providing implicit consent for me to use the data in my MSc project.
As I am aware that people are busy. there is no minimum feedback requirement. Indicating that you do not wish to complete the questionnaire, with perhaps a brief description of why, is welcome. I estimate that the questionnaire should not take longer than 15 minutes to complete. In addition, I am very happy to capture views through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or a call.
