2025 Spring/Summer Softball Registration

Keystone Girls Softball League spring/summer registration. Please fill out the form below and submit to sign your daughter up. Any questions or concerns please reach out to either our president or vice president.

Please use the square link below to complete your payment. All registrations submitted via this google doc will need to be paid with the square link below.

Our league is compromised of 4 divisions: (we are also in the works of possibly adding a 5th division. The majors, which will be a highly competitive division for girls that play at a higher level like travel ball, this is not set in stone yet but please add a note in the comments if you would be interested. Please still signup your daughter for the minor division.) Also, if your daughter plays at higher level and would like to play up in a division, please sign them up for the one they would like to play in.
  • Biddy - 4-6
  • Ponytail - 7-10
  • Juniors 10 -13
  • Minors - 13 - 15
  • Majors - 15 - 18 (TBD)

Our Payment for Registration is as Follows:
First Child: $80
Each additional Child: $50

By signing (please type name below as signature) this form permission is hereby given to the above named child to participate in the Keystone Girls Softball League for
the 2025 season. I understand that there is the risk of personal injury to my child in playing and/or practicing softball, and should
such injury occur, I agree to cooperate with the Keystone Girls Softball League in the processing of any insurance claims, both with
my medical insurance carrier, or with the leagues, as applicable. I do herby release the officers, managers, coaches or any other
league official from liability for the injury, which my child may sustain while playing softball during the 2025 season. I give
permission to the league to post photos of my daughter from league events on the league Facebook page and website. I agree that I
must participate in all league fundraisers or pay the required amount. *
