2026 Frederick County Fair: Adult Code of Conduct

All exhibitors and their families are expected to conduct themselves in a positive, honest, sportsmanlike manner at all times while at the Frederick County Fair.  The following practices are prohibited:  

  1. Unsportsmanlike conduct, such as but not limited to, abusive/foul language to show officials, other exhibitors, animals, or spectators.

  2. Criticizing or interfering with the judge, other exhibitors, or show officials while at the show or fair.

  3. Posting negative comments or conflict on social media.

I understand and agree that if I, or any other adult connected to my child’s animal(s) fails to follow these expectations, the Frederick County Fair Association may disqualify my child or animal(s), forfeit sale participation, forfeit prize and monetary awards, expel and/or ban those involved from the Frederick County Fairgrounds. *
