This intake form helps CTL understand what resources each team/company requires, what professional skill sets EIRs have to offer, and helps create high-quality matches between startup teams and EIRs.
CTL is accepting teams and EIRs on a rolling basis, depending on the promise of the companies or EIRs, and our perceived ability to add value to the teams through our program and EIR matching.
CTL will reach out to schedule a preliminary call with any team or EIR that we feel is a good fit for our program. Then, once CTL has identified a likely match between a team and an EIR, CTL will help coordinate an initial call between parties to help them determine if they feel the match is indeed a good fit. CTL will follow up with both parties after their initial call.
If both parties agree to the match, then it will be the startup team's responsibility to set up and coordinate advising sessions at a frequency and location agreed to by both parties. (The incurred costs will be at the expense of the persons/teams and will not be covered by CTL.) CTL will provide periodic check ins to be sure the advising relationship is advancing as desired, and to help make any adjustments as needed.
If either party does not agree to the match, or if the match does not work out farther along in the advising relationship, CTL will take all feedback into consideration, and will attempt to set up a better match for the startup team and EIR.
While CTL aims to match all accepted startups with well-suited EIRs, this will depend on the pool of EIRs and the startups' specific needs. To help CTL build out our rosters of startup teams and EIRs, in this form we will also request your helpful referrals.
Thank you for your interest in CTL. If you have any further questions before or after you submit your responses to this form, please email both Matt and Dvorit @ carbon180.org.
