Overview: The Aleto Foundation is a social mobility charity which is focused on developing the leadership skills of black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) young people who have high potential but not the career prospects to match.
Through our flagship leadership programme we deliver immersive and informative experiences that offers these young people the corporate exposure, confidence and ignition needed to start their journey to the top.
Our vision: A society that reflects the diverse leadership potential and quality found in UK Black and Minority Ethnic Communities.
Our mission: To bridge the gap between high potential BAME students, progressive employers and successful careers.
How: We achieve our mission by providing access to immersive leadership programmes, mentoring and an alumni network which unlocks and nurtures leadership potential amongst young people and prepares them to enter and thrive in careers within their chosen fields.
Who should apply: High-potential young leaders age under 25 years old, preparing to take on increasing levels of responsibility and challenge for future leadership opportunities. High-impact young people with a proven track record of success and some leadership experience.
Please note that we look for leadership potential and not the level of your educational attainment or the university you attend.
