December 3–6, 2026 | Virginia Beach, VA

A 4 Day/3-Night Healing Retreat for Widows

The Real Widowhood Weekend is an intimate healing retreat created for widows navigating life after loss. Set along the ocean in Virginia Beach, this weekend offers space to pause, breathe, and be held without pressure to perform, explain, or “be okay.”

This gathering centers rest, reflection, and gentle connection in a setting designed to support your nervous system, your heart, and your humanity.

You do not need to be at a particular stage of grief.
You do not need to share more than you want to.
You are welcome precisely as you are.

Real Widowhood Weekend: #NextYou Experience is jointly hosted by Widowhood Real Talk with Dr. Tina and The Bounce Back Widow®, a collaborative partnership rooted in shared values of compassion, healing, and support for widows.
