Employees that choose not to live on the farm are paid an hourly wage. Apprentices that live on farm get housing, wifi, surplus / unmarketable produce and eggs, and a monthly $60 meat credit. Apprentices may share on farm housing with other apprentices and WWOOFers. Apprentices and full time employees can get modest financial support to attend educational workshops and farm tours as schedules permit. We provide compensation for commitments of at least 6 months starting at $600 / month, that can increase up to $900/month. Upon completion of your agreed term of service, we provide a $100 bonus for each month of service - provided living space is left clean and orderly. Apprentices work 45 to 55 hours per week, 5 full days per week with 2 full days off.
WWOOFERS / Short Term Workers get $150 per month for supplies in addition to housing, wifi, surplus / unmarketable produce and eggs, and a $60 meat credit. WWOOFERS work ~35 hours per week, sometimes more depending on the season.
