 Assistant Planner and Customer Support  Representative

*self-starter and quick learner - there will be a lot of information during your internship, work in CRM, color palette, range of * *services and products and much more ;) you won't get bored
* A person who gives always a little more than he is asked for;

* Handling customer inquiries by script in English/French (e-mail, chat) customers need to provide additional information or help in choosing a product or service;
* Creating occasions for communication with customers, maintaining and building customer loyalty in communications. Search and optimization of the most relevant channels of communication;
* Maintaining a CRM system for clients;
* Help us develop the company, increase systematicity in the company;
* Assist in the area of personnel search, selection, adaptation;
* Participate in the creation of company rules and corporate culture;
* Assist the manager in solving various non-standard issues;

The salary after the end of the traineeship period, which lasts 1 month, is 600 euros ( is the salary of an intern, which increases every month ), then the salary is estimated at 1500 euro+

Following your success and performance in the company, bonuses are provided.
