Blueprint 2019: Call for Mentors and Teachers
Interested in mentoring or teaching for Blueprint, a weekend-long learnathon and hackathon for local high school students? Help teach curious students and inspire them to pursue computer science! Blueprint 2019 runs from Saturday, February 23 to Sunday, February 24, 2019, and we're looking for teachers and mentors to help make Blueprint a success.

Workshop Teachers: responsible for leading hands-on classes on Saturday with groups of students to get them started with mobile/web skills and prepare them for the following day of hacking. NOTE that workshops are only occurring on Saturday.

Tech Talk Teachers: responsible for 45 min to 1-hour lecture(s) on Saturday (2/23) on interesting computer science topics. These are meant to be cool, fun breaks in the workshop structure. Teach something you like! NOTE that tech talks are only occurring on Saturday as well.

Mentors: responsible for helping student hackers on Saturday and Sunday with questions and issues they have with their projects. Hackathon mentors will also help with judging.

Find out more about our event at blueprint.hackmit.org! If you have other questions, feel free to contact us at blueprint@hackmit.org--we're happy to help :)

* NOTE: You can't mentor or judge if your child is attending the hackathon or learnathon.
