When to use this form:

Your desired day is not available online
Your desired appointment is online, but you want an agent to handle your reservation ( $25 manual scheduling fee applies)
Your desired appointment is less than 24 hours (priority $15 may apply)
You want to book a outside our business hours (extra fee may apply)
You want your appointment on a non-working day: Sunday, Monday or a holiday (extra fee applies)
You want a service in your home for an extra fee (not available for all the modalities and a limited area)

Because of the extra administrative time and resources required, these requests incur the following fees:

💼 $25 Manual Processing Fee:
For requests that require us to handle your booking personally, rather than booking online yourself.

⏳ $15 Priority Processing Fee:
For scheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice.

These fees are non-refundable, separate from your service cost, and due at the time of booking.

📍 We base our outcall area on real drive times, not just miles on a map.

Orlando traffic is unpredictable (sometimes Orlando is an hour away from Orlando).

For this reason, our outcall zone generally covers locations within 15-20 actual driving minutes, adjusted for the time of day. Requests outside this may incur additional travel fees — if approved.

🗺️ We may have limited availability for outcalls outside that area on select days, depending on our therapists’ rotations. Feel free to submit a special request, and we’ll see if we can accommodate.
