WHAT: FREE Summer Incentive Program!
WHEN: August 4 - August 31
HOW DOES THIS WORK: You have 4 weeks to accomplish and log a minimum of 12 NEW! workouts using 4 different pieces of equipment. Workouts will be sent to you via email on Saturday. They will also be posted on the MIT Rec Sports Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MITRecSports), website (www.mitrecsports.com) and twitter account (@MITRecreation). Each Saturday, you'll also receive the link to the tracking form to fill out for your past weeks workouts.
Your progress will be tracked on the www.mitrecsports.com website
INCENTIVE: Each participant who completes 12 of the 20 workouts will receive a FREE pair of MIT Rec Sports sunglasses and any participant who completes all 20 workouts will be put into a raffle for 1, 90 minute massage at MIT!
