SNT GMM December 15th 2020
Dear SNT member,
We would like to invite you to the general member meeting (GMM) of SNT on Tuesday December 15th, 2020 at 20:00. It will take place in Spiegel 3. The documents will be available online in advance.
If you would like to receive a reminder for the GMM, please send an email to
Please visit our website for further information:
A live stream of the GMM will be available during the assembly. You can find a link to this stream on the GMM page of the SNT.
If you plan on attending our GMM (even if you plan on attending digitally) please fill out this form. Unfortunately there is only a limited amount of spots available due to the social distancing situation. If you sign up beforehand, but can't make it after all, please send us a message. A maximum of 10 people are allowed in the room, this means besides the board only 4 members can attend in person. If you choose to attend online, please know that we try our hardest to also pay attention to your questions, but sometimes the communication might not be the best. To combat this we recommend either joining via the Microsoft Teams invite, where there will be a moderator monitoring questions or to send your questions to this email address or to
beforehand. You will receive the Microsoft Teams invite after signing up using this form.
Lastly, because of corona protocols we strongly request members to not go to the association room before, during or after the GMM. If you want something from the office or want something printed, please send the board a message.
The board of SNT
P.S. If you know of any SNT members who did not receive this email, please forward this email to them
Do you plan on attending the GMM?
Are you an Emergency Response Officer (BHV'er)?
In case more than 20 people will attend the GMM, we will need an emergency response officer present to comply with UT guidelines. If one of the attendees is already a qualified UT emergency response officier, it saves us from finding an external person to be present.
