By submitting this form, I understand that my dancer will not participate in Winter Fantasy 2025. They will continue to attend regular weekly classes and participate in class activities, but they will not be performing at the Winter Fantasy show.

Scheduling Conflicts

If your dancer has a scheduling conflict that prevents them from participating in all of their classes, please provide the details below. While partial participation is not typical and generally discouraged, we understand significant conflicts (such as a wedding, mandatory school exam, etc.) may arise. Please note, submitting scheduling conflicts will not affect the performance package fee. The fee is per student, regardless of the number of classes they participate in.
