Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Black Farmers' Market! Volunteers are essential to the operation and success of the market. To help us learn your availability, please complete the form below. We ask that all volunteers be 18 or older (if the volunteer is under 18, they must be companied by a trusted caregiver at all times), be of African decent, and able to commit to an entire shift.

Markets occur on the 2nd (Durham) and 4th Sundays (Raleigh) each month. Please specify your desired volunteer date(s). *

I understand and assume these risks and agree not to hold The Black Market NC/Black Farmers' Market, its board of directors, employees, planning team, clients, venue, or vendors liable for any such injury or harm, or compensation for the same. I also agree that I will not hold the Black Market NC/Black Farmers' Market and its board of directors, employees, planning team, clients, venue, or vendors liable for any damage or injury to me or my property as a result of volunteering at the Black Farmers' Market. I agree to be responsible for my behavior. *
I grant full permission for my likeness and image, including photographs and video recordings that are taken of me while serving as a volunteer, to be used by the Black Farmers' Market for promotional and educational purposes. *
Furthermore, I certify that I have not shown any symptoms of COVID-19 or been sick within the last 14 days. I agree to uphold the proper safety procedures outlined by Black Farmers' Market and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services which include but are not limited to washing my hands, maintaining a six-foot distance between myself and others, and sanitizing items frequently. *
