Program description: Join Barbara Burns, Tuesdays at 10 for a fun class full of gentle movement, deep breathing and relaxation. Barbara brings her love of Yoga, knowledge of the body, and light-hearted teaching style directly to you to ease your body, mind and spirit.
Free for all! No Yoga experience needed, open to all ages & everybody is welcome. Limited to 8 participants.
*Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a small blanket.
