Join us in honoring the vibrant spirit of Latinas in our community by nominating an outstanding woman who embodies one of the three pillars of the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley: Leadership, Civic Engagement, and Sisterhood.
The Award Categories
Leadership: Develops a pipeline and supports our members to lead by fostering individual skills and potential.
Sisterhood: Creates opportunities for women to connect and build supportive, lasting relationships.
Civic Engagement: Educates and mobilizes our community to advocate and actively engage on issues impacting civic life.
The LCSV Sisterhood Award recognizes Latinas who:
Cultivate the next generation of leaders
Build networks of support among women
Advance Latina progress across civic and community life
Nomination Guidelines & Details
Eligibility: Nominees must exemplify at least one of the three values and be available to attend our Annual Brunch Fundraiser (November 22: Scott's Ballroom, San Jose).
Submission Limits: You may nominate multiple people (1 person per award). Please do not submit the same person for multiple awards.
