These power house fats remain stable for cooking at high temperatures, and great sources of vitamins A, D and K. Use as a nutritious base for any stove-top cooking or oven roasting. The lard has a very neutral taste, the tallow brings a slight beefy taste to the dish.

Bone Broth
Bone broth is cooked for 24-48 hours. It's a combination of water, beef and pork bones with no additions besides some apple cider vinegar. Use it as a base for any soup or enjoy it plain as an accompaniment to any meal! Unsalted, comes frozen. The fat cap can be mixed in for extra nutrition or can be scraped off and used in the skillet.
