Pacific Coast Market Collective are looking for Vancouver Island's top Artisans, Designers and Crafters. All vendors will be juried and we will only be accepting a certain number of vendors per category. We will be accepting applications until all spots have been filled. The market organizer reserves the right to select vendors that are the best fit for the market’s venue and demographic. It is not first come first serve. No MLM will be accepted.


The market will run down the centre of the common space halls in Hillside Shopping Centre.

Fees: $325 INCLUDES GST for two days. One day option available, but preference will go to two day participants first. There are 75 spots total.

Spaces will be available based on an 10FT Length x 5 FT Deep. Booth sharing is possible but will require approval.

What you can expect from PCM_Collective: Professional pipe and drape booths, 1- 6ft table and two white chairs, minimum two social media highlights and a guaranteed customer base as it’s held in one of the most popular shopping centres in Greater Victoria. Power is limited, can not be guaranteed and will be first come first serve. If you would like to customize a larger booth in Length, please let me know.

I agree to promote this event online, whether it is on social media or other online channels. *Advertising is vital to the success of the market, I (PCM Collective) will provide up to 3 ad graphics for vendors to use. Vendors must agree to use these graphics and share event details leading up the event. *
Request (electrical, market friend, location etc) Please note, this is a request only, electrical is limited and will be given in a first come first serve basis. I will do my best to accommodate, however they are not guaranteed. *
Additional notes: Vendors must only sell what is listed on their application unless prior approval is obtained. Vendor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, insurance and licenses (content insurance if you require it for your business) Vendor understands that they will be legally liable for any negative consequences resulting from the purchase or consumption of their product. Vendors must comply with the venues rules and regulations regarding load in/out, display materials, garbage etc. Vendors must remain set up until the market closes and take down will occur only when the event is over. The market manager reserves the right to restrict any vendor's participation at any time. Due to the uncertainty of Covid-19 if I am unable to hold the event, an admin fee of $20 will be kept to help cover costs leading up to the event. The remaining vendor fee will be returned within 72hours. * *
I acknowledge that I will have to pay 50% of the vendor fee upon acceptance to secure your spot, the remaining 50% will be due October 1st. I acknowledge that I will not receive a refund if I cancel within 3 weeks of the event date unless I receive approval due to specific circumstances from the market organizer. *
