I want to make Now I Know more reader-focused and economically sustainable. So, I want to shift to an entirely to a reader-supported, ad-free format. If I offered the three options below, which would you choose?

A totally free option -- you'd get a new story Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (with occasional but rare re-runs) and no ads except when I have new Now I Know stuff to announce (books, YouTube videos, etc.)
A $5/month option -- you'd get what you get right now: Monday-Wednesday typically new, Thursday typically a re-run, and the Friday Weekender. Ad-free.
I'd unsubscribe.
