What Involvement Captains do:
The Involvement Captain Program is a personalized connection and leadership experience. Students will get the opportunity to meet new people while gaining exposure to many campus events and activities as they learn and develop career and leadership skills together.
Involvement Captains are placed in a Cohort that focuses on their specific level of involvement. ICs are more than welcome to move between the Cohorts and find what best fits them. They will also have an interview with the Involvement Captain President to create a personalized Involvement and Leadership plan that will help guide them while in the program. These plans can range from just finding friends and connecting to running for student leadership on campus.
ICs will get to experience a wide variety of what SUU has to offer. They can help out at events, mentor with campus leaders, and grow their network. The ultimate goal of the Involvement Captain Program is to help find a student's place while they are at SUU.
