Monroe County Schools offers Choosing the Best curriculum for Monroe County Middle School's seventh and eighth graders and Mary Persons High School students. This curriculum is focused on educating teens on the health advantages of delayed sexual activity and empowering them to make the healthiest choices, in order to reduce unplanned pregnancies and STDs, and to help improve life outcomes for teens and their families.

This program has been approved by Monroe County Schools and the State of Georgia.

IF YOU WANT TO OPT-OUT YOUR CHILD, PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM. ONLY COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU PREFER YOUR STUDENT NOT PARTICIPATE IN CHOOSING THE BEST. Students will receive an alternate assignment to complete during the class and/or any event associated with the program.
