Please use this form to sign up for our Band Volunteer Committees. This form is for adult volunteers only, no students may serve on committees. Each adult volunteer may sign up for up to 3 committees initially. If we need more members for certain, we will expand on this. Once committees are formed, they will meet and select a Committee Chair to serve as the organizer for the committee as well as the liaison with the band director.

1. Fund Raising - organize and run the fund raising efforts for the band (not including concessions).2. Concessions - organize and run the concession stands for the band (football, solo & ensemble, etc.).3. Operations - help with transporting instruments & equipment, setting up the field at halftime, building props, etc.4. Uniforms - help with uniform fittings and alterations.5. Volunteers - organize and recruit chaperones and other volunteers for band events.6. TLC - help take care of the students' general health and well-being at practices and events (water, snacks, etc.).7. Hospitality - food for events, lobby during concerts, benevolence, etc. as needed throughout the year.8. Public Relations (PR) - promote band events, communicate with media, etc.9. Trip - help director organize and complete tasks related to band trips.10. Banquet - help organize the end of the year band banquet.11. Band Camp - help recruit volunteers for band camp, snack donations, meals, water/refreshments, etc.12. Auxiliary - help with anything related to the guard & majorettes.
