*Date and location:Sunday 10th March 2019, The Glenroyal Hotel, Maynooth, Co.KildareEvent is from 10-4pm. Access for set up 9am.
*Stand Information:Stands are 6ft x 2 ft long dressed trestle tables. Tables are allocated by EBF - we are trying our best to arrange stalls optimally and we regret that we cannot facilitate individual requests. PLEASE NOTE: that this event is 100% ran by volunteers.
*Cost:€50 per stand
*Payment Terms:Payment Options: PayPal only Payment details will be communicated to you via e-mail.Only ONE payment per stand (if you are sharing the space you must organise individual payments between yourselves)
**Please note that your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmed.
*Insurance Each stall holder will be required to provide proof of Public Liability. Product Liability is also required should you make your own products for sale. Bookings are not confirmed until proof of insurance is sent.
*WAHMs:If you wish to split a stall with another WAHM this is possible as we would like to ensure the small businesses get a look in too. You will need to arrange the split between yourselves and just let us know when you have done this.
*Pre Promotion on Social mediaPlease ensure you attach any blurb/ blog and/ or images for pre promotion on our social media pages and the website. We will be unable to promote your business in advance this year if we do not receive your content with this form. *Goodie Bags:As part of our green ethos, we will not be doing Goodie Bags at this year's Earth Baby Fair event.
*Raffle and Facebook Competition A fundraising raffle will take place in aid of Cloth Nappy Library Ireland. Prizes for this raffle will be gratefully accepted.
We will also be running a paid competition on Facebook and Instagram, if you'd like to donate a voucher or small prize for this, please let us know and send us details to include in the competition itself. A voucher for your stand would be ideal as it would encourage attendance.
*Deadlines Payment for the stall is required 7 days after receipt of the invoice.
*Notes:-This event adheres to the WHO Code of Marketing of Breastmilk substitutes. The sale or promotion of formula, bottles/teats for formula and soothers is not allowed at the event. -This is a latex free event-Bookings will not be given preference should another stand book with the same type of business. Should this be a concern for you do feel free to touch base before booking and we can let you know if a similar business has already booked in. -Please note Cloth Nappy Library Ireland retains discretion over exhibitions and submission of a booking form does not guarantee acceptance. A limited number of stalls will be available and unfortunately there may not be enough space to welcome all those interested in attending.
