If you see or experience conduct from someone through any NEScala-affiliated space that makes you feel unsafe and/or violates our Code of Conduct, please fill out this form. 

By default, the form is anonymous. However, providing as much information as you can, including a way to contact you, helps the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Safety Team take more effective action.
