Roosevelt County Fair Vendor Form
The Roosevelt County Fair is August 9-13.  If you would like to have a commercial vendor or food booth at the Roosevelt County Fair, please fill out this form.  Only one representative per direct sales company, preference given to local area merchants.  

Commercial indoor booths are to be set up by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10.  The building opens daily at 10:00 a.m. Closing time on Thursday and Friday is 7:00 p.m.  Take down time on Saturday is one half hour after the last event, approximately 3:00 p.m.  ALL INDOOR BOOTHS MUST BE CLEARED BY 4PM! The cost for the booth is $25 suggested donation for all 4 days of the Fair, or $50 if you would like electricity and/or a SPECIFICALLY MAPPED LOCATION.  Indoor Commercial booths measure approximately 10' wide by 8' deep.  Electricity is available on a first come/first serve, as needed basis.  Tables are available upon request. Electrical cords are the exhibitor’s responsibility.    Space is also available outside, and is where the majority of our food vendors are located.  Commercial booths will be in the curved Quonset, Building D.
