Checks issued by a non-homeowner may not be accepted.

The cleaning fee will be returned if the facility is left in a user-ready condition.

A walk-through with the clubhouse administrator will be required before access to the facility is provided.

HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCT OF ALL GUESTS.

HOMEOWNER WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING EVENT.
