Three important sign-offs are included in this ANGP communication:

1) Parent/ Guardian Contract
2) Health Information Exchange Authorization
3) Photo Release Consent

Each of the above needs to be reviewed and signed by the graduate’s parent/guardian (even if the student is 18 or older). Seniors are receiving the same information via their school email and need to independently complete the registration process in addition to the parent/guardian sign-off.

All that is required is for these forms to be signed via Google docs by Friday, May 10th by both you and your graduate.  Graduates missing necessary sign-offs will not be allowed into the party and we can not accept any paper contracts at the door.  Please remind your senior to complete this process.  

There are no fees or tickets to purchase for graduates to attend the ANGP party on Saturday, June 1st.  This event is funded entirely by Senior Parent & Community donations. That being said, the cost of the event averages $200 per Senior. This includes 8 hours of non-stop entertainment, food available all night, breakfast, constant hydration and most importantly making fantastic memories for the last time together as the Class of 2024 at Medfield High School.
