INSTRUCTIONS:

Complete the following form in order to register for Republic High School's 2019 Summer School. If you have specific questions about course selection, you are advised to contact your school counselor. Students can take no more than TWO total credits during summer school, provided that one of those credits is offered online. Summer school moves at a very rapid pace, so taking only 1 full credit is recommended for most students. Students should enroll for their grade level in the 2019-2020 school year. For example, current 8th grade students are eligible to take any course offered 9-12, as they will be viewed as 9th grade students.

INCOMING 9TH GRADE STUDENTS- You are eligible to take the following courses:
Art Foundations
Film as Literature
Foundations of Algebra I
Health and Nutrition
Introduction to Computer Programming
Physical Education/Lifetime Sports
Pro-Start I (you must take health during the first session to be eligible for this second session course)
Online Health and Nutrition
Online Physical Education

COURSE DISCLAIMER:
All academic courses are subject to change, as a class must have a minimum amount of participants before a course can be offered. If a class does not make due to lack of interest, students will be notified and offered an alternative course.

This registration form is only for academic courses that yield academic credit. Participation in summer sports programs will NOT result in credit, therefore students participating in those programs SHOULD NOT enroll using this form. If you have specific questions, please contact your coach. Contact information for RHS athletics can be found at https://www.republicschools.org/domain/62
