Please fill out this form if you would like to volunteer at the HearingLife Canadian Open between December 12 to December 21, 2025.  Pick any or all of the areas you would like to volunteer in.  Each volunteer must be able to commit to at least 10 hours of volunteer time.  Each volunteer will receive event credentials and an event volunteer jacket at no cost. ICE MAKERS PREPARATION AND MAINTENANCE

Monday Dec 15 : 6am carpets and final touches
Tuesday -Sunday Ice Maintenance


GAME OPERATIONS
(Experience necessary)

OFFICIALS - 4 or 5 qualified officials to support the competition director at each draw and relay scores to scorekeepers

STATISTICIANS - 5 volunteers required per draw to keep track of stats.  Training will be provided.  Computers provided.  Must be computer savvy and have a good understanding of the game of curling.

TIMEKEEPERS/SCOREKEEPERS - 5 volunteers required per draw for timekeeping and scorekeeping.  Training will be provided.  Computers provided.  Must be computer savvy and have a good understanding of the game of curling.


IN VENUE OPERATIONS
(No experience necessary)

Ushers - 3 to 5 per draw

Ticket Takers/Scanners - 3 to 4 per draw

Information Booth - 2 per draw

Program sales and 50/50 - 3 to 5 per draw
