BCBA CEU Event Request Form
This form is the 1st step in a process that is ONLY necessary if you are not Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and are seeking continuing education credits.

If you are not a BCBA, there is no need to continue. For other types of CE credits, please contact the event organizers at autism@oldwestbury.edu to find out about that process. If you are only seeking a verification of attendance, that is sent by the event organizers after you have responded to their email with the subject line: [ACTION REQUIRED] - NOV 3rd AUTISM CONFERENCE.

PBS Consulting is a BACB-approved Learning: ACE Event CEU provider and is administering CEUs for the event.
There are 3 sessions eligible for BCBA CEUs. Each session counts as 1.5 Learning: ACE Event CEUs. The fee is $10 per CEU hour ($15 per session, $45 for all eligible sessions).
CEU requests for this event must be received by 11/17/2020. Payment by credit card (preferred) or by check must be completed prior to certificates being sent and no later than 12/11/2020.

Eligible Sessions:
• Session 1: Mindfulness-Based Programs for Individuals with ASD - Nirbhay Singh, Ph.D., BCBA-D; 9:00am-10:15am
• Session 2: Comprehensive Behavior Intervention Planning for Children with ASD - Jane Carlson, Ph.D., BCBA-D; 10:30am-11:45am
• Session 4: Strategies to Support Children with ASD that have Limited Language - Rosemarie Griffin, CCC/SLP, BCBA; 2:45pm - 4:00pm

We will request session feedback for each session for which CEUs are being requested, one at a time.
If you are requesting CEUs for fewer sessions, you will have the opportunity to indicate this in the process.
