Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2026 XL Film Fest! XL Fest has a strong focus on uplifting underrepresented voices and BIPOC storytellers. For this year's vendor marketplace we will thrive in the heart of Harper Court, nestled in central Hyde Park, and share community with local businesses, other XL events, and patrons, neighbors, and creatives from all over. Please complete the following form to apply for a vendor space. Application does not guarantee approval for a vendor slot.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Placement: Vendor placement is at the sole discretion of the XL Fest committee.

  2. Hours of Operation: Vendors must be set up 1 hour before screenings begin and remain until the scheduled close.

  3. Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for cleaning their designated area.

  4. Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 7, 2026
