180 Degrees Consulting UMN: Spring 2019 Application

Position Description:

Consultants work on semester long engagements for non-profits in the Twin Cities area and beyond, with scopes related to strategy, operations, marketing, financial sustainability, impact measurement and more. We are looking for highly skilled and talented students to staff our teams to deliver the most value possible to our clients.

Some traits we look for in potential consultants are:

- Highly skilled at problem solving
- Taking initiative and self-driven
- Socially minded and wanting to make an impact
- Good team player

As a Consultant, you will be expected to put in 6-8 hours a week on your engagement.
Other expectations include:

- Attending bi-weekly progress meetings (generally Sunday afternoons)
- Attending all team work sessions, which your team will schedule themselves
- Attending training sessions at the beginning of the semester (Times and dates TBD)
- Consistent communication with your team
