Spooner Exceptional Rodeo Application Form

Spooner Exceptional Rodeo
This is an application form for your child to participate in the Exceptional Rodeo performance at the Spooner Rodeo. Application forms will be reviewed by the Exceptional Rodeo Event Director and you will receive a confirmation email once your child's application has been approved. Please understand that completion and submission of this form does not guarantee your child will be able to participate in the Exceptional Rodeo. It is recommended that children be between the ages of 5 and 12 at the time of the Exceptional Rodeo.

The Exceptional Rodeo can only accept 15-20 applicants per year depending on the severity of the child's disability and the level of supports they will require during the Exceptional Rodeo performance. The Exceptional Rodeo is designed to give children with disabilities the "once in a lifetime" opportunity to participate in an event designed especially for them. Therefore, preference will be given to children that have not previously participated in this event. (The Exceptional Rodeo Event Director reserves the right to accept or deny applications based on the aforementioned criteria.)
