Each chartered Missouri-Arkansas Key Club recognized as being in good standing shall be entitled to two (2) delegates to the conference and two (2) alternates. Each designated delegate must be a member in good standing. Each delegate has voting privileges at the House of Delegates. There shall be no voting by proxy. The alternate serves as the delegate if the delegate is unable to serve.
