Please use this document to register your child for the 21 days of Learning Afterschool School Tutoring Program offered at Seth Johnson Elementary School grades 2-3. There is NO charge to you for your child/children to attend tutoring. All material and supplies needed will be provided by the school. After school tutoring will offer Direct Reading and Math Instruction with a focus on critical standards and ACAP supports.You must complete a new form for each child.
