※留学、海外旅行及び一時帰国のために生じた欠席日数、単位取得の問題及び事故等に関しては自己の責任とします。

Students are responsible for any consequences associated with their absence from classes, including credit recognition problems or accidents caused as a result of study abroad, overseas travel or temporary return to their home country.

※国費留学生、学習奨励費受給者については、月の始めから月の終わりまで日本を離れている場合（在籍確認の無いとき）は、その月の奨学金は支給されません。

- If students on the MEXT scholarship or any other scholarship programs are on leave or out of the country from the beginning to the end of a month (without signing in at the office of International Affairs Division for confirmation of their school attendance), they will lose eligibility to receive a scholarship payment for that month.

～「たびレジ」とは～

「 たびレジは、海外旅行や海外出張される方が、旅行日程・滞在先・連絡先などを登録すると、滞在先の最新の海外安全情報や緊急事態発生時の連絡メール、また、いざという時の緊急連絡などが受け取れるシステムです。」

ｰ The Overseas Travel Registration system (“Tabi-Regi”) provides registered travelers with up-to-date safety and security information for their travel destinations and email alerts for emergency notifications, as well as support in getting in touch with the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate overseas in case of an emergency, etc. 

International students are also encouraged to subscribe to this free service, although all information will be in Japanese only.
