1. I hereby apply for Membership in the American Homesteading Foundation, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida.

2. For this Membership, I agree to pay the sum of 500.00. A fully refundable check or cash in the amount of $100.00 is due at the membership meeting. The balance of $400 is to be paid within 30 days of the membership meeting.

3. I have carefully read the By-Laws, and Rules for Parks and Paths of the AMERICAN HOMESTEADING FOUNDATION. Also I am aware that the lot(s) of my choice are within the corporate limits of the Town of Melbourne Village and subject to municipal ordinances. 4. I agree to contribute $125 in annual dues to the care and conservation of the American Homesteading Foundation activities and grounds due by July 31.

5. This application must be accompanied by a check made payable to “AMERICAN HOMESTEADING FOUNDATION, INC.”, for one hundred dollars ($100.00) as first payment of the Membership fee of $500.00. Applicant may withdraw application within 30 days, in which case full amount of deposit on membership fee will be refunded immediately.

6. I subscribe to the Foundation’s goals: to provide an environment conducive to creative living.
