1. The number of vendors and nature of businesses will be assessed and limited as to avoid saturation.
2. Loss prevention and booth security will not be provided
3. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all appropriate Sales Tax as required by law.
4. We are not responsible for adverse weather conditions.
5.Outdoor vending hours will be limited to Noon - 6pm. Set up is from 10am -11:45am
6. Rejected applicants will be notified before the date of the event.
7. You must provide your own table and any display items.
8. All booths include 4 vendor passes. (Additional vendor passes maybe purchased at a discount)
9. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age or older. Absolutely no exceptions
10. Industry representatives welcome. Absolutely no cannabis sales permitted
