General Marketplace Dates: Saturday April 25th and Sunday April 26th

Q: What type of vendors will you feature in this bustling outdoor marketplace?
A: At this event we feature mostly Tiki and Mid-Century Style artists, makers and creators. We have an overall interested in Vintage Polynesian Pop, Hawaiiana and Mid-Century Arizona inspired styles. The marketplace will also feature a handful vintage & retro clothing, accessories and goods. Oh, and unique cocktail related products!

Q: How many vendors will be part of the marketplace?
A. We will have about 60 vendor spaces.

Q: How will you choose the vendors for the marketplace?
A: Overall we are looking for a mix of vendors with a focus on artists. We are also interested in vendors that take time and care with their vendor set-up that will allow for our marketplace to feel unique and distinctively 'Tiki'.

Marketplace Hours:
10am- 4pm (set-up: 7:30am-10am)

Size of Vending Area:
You may leave your 10x10 easy-up tents overnight Saturday night, for continued vending on Sunday.

AZTO to provide:
One table and two chairs, wi-fi and a 'chill out' room if temps are high
Casey Jones as the Marketplace Manager!
International Audience and Local advertising will support publicity for Marketplace.

Note that electricity will NOT included for any outdoor vendors.

Price Options:
$350 - 10x10 vendor includes one business name and link on website, opportunity to post once to AZTO Facebook Group/Tiki Oasis Social Media. Includes two (2) 'AZTO evening resort passes'

$475 - 10x10 SHARED vendor includes two* business names and links on website, opportunity for each vendor names to post once to AZTO Facebook Group/Tiki Oasis Social Media. We are asking that shared vendors have one contract and one point of payment. Includes three (3) 'AZTO evening resort passes'
* we only allow 2 vendors to share a booth.

$1500 - Cabana Suite Sponsor + Vendor. Located next to the outdoor bustling marketplace. You will take over a 420 sq. ft. / 240 sq. ft Cabana guest room. Includes extra sponsor perks such as: Logo & Link on website marketplace page, two (2) 'AZTO evening resort passes', Feature on Social Media, 1/2 Page color ad in program, Logo featured in Event App
* Must purchase the cabana suite room $369 per night (3 night booking suggested, check in time 4pm and check out time 11am)

Early Application Due by Oct 27th, 2019 BUT we will continue taking applications until our marketplace fills up!
