Me-We S.T.U.A.R.T. contextual sheet
This questionnaire is part of the Me-We program and belongs to the Empathy mapping procedure. The information provided in this research will only be shared with the Me-We-World team for practical research purposes.
About Empathy mapping
One of the most powerful tools from the Me-We frame is the Human Conditions / Empathy Map. This instrument is inspired by the intuition of Christian Pankhurst (Heart IQ) who describes 6 aspects (conditions) of life in human relationships to experience peace as a person. These aspects (conditions) are Safety, Trust, Understanding, Awareness, Relaxation and Tenderness in an abbreviation: S.T.U.A.R.T.
The Me-We team has further interpreted/ elaborated these aspects. In the Me-We system each aspect is called a human condition that is linked to a value of life. Through this model various problems/challenges in daily life can be evaluated.

In this questionnaire, we evaluate how people relate to S.T.U.A.R.T. as individuals in their community.

About the question setup
In this questionnaire we first provide a general definition and context of the concept that the question will be asked about. Below we indicate how that same concept is interpreted within the Me-We vision. The questionnaire consists of open questions that are combined with multiple choice questions. Completing this questionnaire takes an average of 30 minutes.
Condition: Safety> Value Autonomy
Meaning
Safety is a state of being protected from potential harm or something that has been designed to protect and prevent harm.

According to Me-We Safety is based on the ability one has of maintaining Autonomy
(-/+) Autonomy
1: the quality or state of being self-governing especially: the right of self-government The territory was granted autonomy. 2: self-directing freedom and especially moral independence personal autonomy. 3: a self-governing state. What is an example of autonomy?
The definition of autonomy is independence in one's thoughts or actions. A young adult from a strict household who is now living on her own for the first time is an example of someone experiencing autonomy. Self- government or the right of self-government; self-determination.

According to Me-We autonomy is a precondition for safety when it comes to self-actualization.
This question involves the assumption that people are aware that they are living in a community. We define the community as a group of people who have an agreement that can, for example, consist of neighbors, friends, family, colleagues, or people with the same cultural background, the town or country they live in, etc.                                                                                                  Question 1: Please define what you consider to be a community or your living environment.                          Question 2: To what extent do you experience that people in your environment/ community can develop their autonomy? The party’s enslavement to special interests is doing harm both to the party and to the nation enslavement to a foreign company.
Our enslavement to fossil fuels and our emphasis on the economy over the environment is unnatural.

According to Me-We enslavement overrules your autonomy!
Are you currently experiencing a form of freedom restriction such as in the definition of enslavement above where your actions, thoughts, emotions, or your life, in general, are controlled by circumstances or by people? *
Condition: Trust> Value: Identity
Meaning
In any relationship you need Trust! Trust is the faith you have in someone that they will always remain loyal to you and love you. To trust someone means that you can rely on them and are comfortable confiding in them because you feel safe with them. Trust can also be used in the context of our belief in our living conditions and our future.

According to Me-We Trust is based on our ability to maintain our Identity
(-/+) Identity
The definition of identity is who you are, the way you think about yourself, the way you are viewed by the world and the characteristics that define you. An example of an identity is a person's name. An example of identity is the traditional characteristics of an American, African, Europian or Azian etc

(--)Vulnerability
The quality of being vulnerable (= able to be easily hurt, influenced, or attacked), or something that is vulnerable.

Condition: Tenderness> Value Unconditional
Meaning
Tenderness is a feeling of concern, gentle affection, or warmth. ... Another definition of this adjective is "extreme sensitivity to pain." You might experience tenderness in your muscles the day after going on a long hike.

2.unconditional - not modified or restricted by reservations; "a categorical denial"; "a flat refusal"
