What to wear- the comfiest clothes ever! I wear a loose jumper that folds down.
This is a judge free zone and a safe space to practice this type of meditation together.
It is incredibly FREEING!
There is something magical about sitting in a room full of women all topless in a non sexual way!!
I cried the first time, it felt so good!
What to bring- bring a yoga mat and a small pillow.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, that is ok. Shine Yoga has all the materials you need. 🦋 .
If you have crystals, bring a few! If you like to take notes to jot down thoughts.....
bring a little notebook! Bring a water bottle! The water will be charged by the sound bath vibrations!
