Family Return to School Survey
Democracy Prep is committed to ensuring the health and safety of scholars, their families and Democracy Prep staff as we endeavor on our mission to educate responsible citizen-scholars for success in the college of their choice and a life of active citizenship.

As we plan for school year 20-21, we would like to hear your thoughts and feedback on whether you would be comfortable with sending your child to the school building. We will ensure all of our facilities are safe spaces for your children.
