Master Your Magic™ is a sanctuary for high-velocity thinkers to dismantle the ‘masking tax’ and architect a leadership ecology that honours their neural rhythm.

We know that for the high-velocity, neurodivergent brain, starting a "required" form can feel like beginning a mountain climb in a thick fog. To provide Cognitive Hospitality and reduce the "masking tax" on your energy, we have created the Master Your Magic™ Application Blueprint. 

It allows you to see the "whole mountain"—every question and requirement—before you take the first step, and create a sanctuary to to draft your thoughts, record your media, and gather your links at your own pace, away from the pressure of a browser tab. Inside, you’ll also find specific tips to bypass perfectionism and focus your energy on the "Magic" you bring to the world.

Master Your Magic™ Scholarship: Terms of Service *
Did you know? Alternative Funding for Australian Leaders:
If you are not successful in receiving a scholarship but are an Australian citizen/resident, you may be eligible for the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF). This can provide up to $1,682.77 toward Master Your Magic™ as a "Specialised support and training for people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities" service. JobAccess approval can take up to 4 weeks. If you are interested in this pathway, please email mariane@marianepower.com immediately for a quote so you can begin your application alongside this scholarship process. We can then discuss "gap-payment" plans to ensure you can still take your seat.

Master Your Magic™ Scholarship: Terms of Service

Please review and accept these terms before proceeding with your application.

  • Application Dates: Applications open January 23rd, 12pm (AEDT) and close February 6th, 2026 12pm (AEDT), and recipients will be notified Feb 9th via email. Important: Successful recipients must confirm their acceptance by February 12th, 11pm (AEDT). If confirmation is not received by this time, the scholarship will be offered to the next applicant on our waitlist to ensure a full and vibrant cohort.

  • Selection Discretion: Scholarships are awarded at the absolute discretion of Mariane Power and the Master Your Magic™ selection committee. Decisions are based on a holistic assessment of cohort synergy, socio-economic need, and impact potential. All decisions are final, and we are unable to provide individual feedback on unsuccessful applications.

  • Commitment to Participation: Recipients are asked to commit to attending a minimum of 80% of the Live Integration Labs. This program is a high-proximity, peer-led container; your consistent presence is vital to the group ecology and your own growth.

  • Privacy & Sensitivity (Amended): Your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We utilise secure Google Workspace infrastructure with strictly restricted access. Information regarding financial hardship or neurodivergent identity is accessible only to the selection committee for assessment purposes. To protect your digital footprint, all sensitive data will be permanently deleted from our digital collection tools 30 days after the program commences.

  • Aggregated Reporting: To support our mission of systemic change, we may use anonymised, aggregated data from this application (e.g., demographic trends and the volume of demand) for public education, social impact reporting, or future funding investment pitches. This data is used to highlight the barriers facing our community and the desire for neuro-affirming education. No identifiable information (names, emails, or specific personal narratives) will ever be shared. All data used for this purpose is unidentifiable and combined into high-level statistics.

  • Non-Transferability: This scholarship has no cash value and applies only to the February 2026 cohort. It cannot be deferred to future intakes or transferred to another individual.

  • Confirmation Deadline: Successful recipients will be notified on February 9th via email. Acceptance must be confirmed by February 12th, 11:00 PM (AEDT). If confirmation is not received by this time, the scholarship will be forfeited and offered to the next applicant on our waitlist.
