Complete this form to request your LHS Jumpstart bonus designs. Designs will generally be returned within about two-three weeks of your request, although it may take longer during periods of high demand. You must use the email you purchased the program with, or that you have previously changed it to for our system by having requested a change to rachelreports@gmail.com. If we can't match your email, your request will be disregarded. Please contact rachelreports@gmail.com with any questions.
