As a Customer Service Associate, you are the face of Shop Amy Shehab – the person who helps fulfill our mission of making people's lives a little easier. Along with providing friendly, courteous and efficient service to our customers.


The role will involve:
• Owning and resolving customer queries at the first point of contact
• Answering emails
• Answering social media messages/comments
• Working effectively with a small team
• Administration tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Excellent Customer Service skills essential.
• Highly organized and process-driven individual with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Effective Communication skills to work with other departments and colleagues to achieve results
• Highly motivated with the ability to use own initiative
