2. The form is divided into sections - customer details and product details

3. Please provide full and correct address and contact details for our technicians to visit

4. Only for home service items, technicians will visit customer homes

5. Only register one request at one time, multiple entries from a customer for same product will get discarded.

6. Please rest assured, that our executive will register your request, and send confirmation at earliest, If you have provided all complete details.
 
7. Please note that it may take about 1 day for our executives to register and send SMS for your request. In case of weekend registration please give us 2 days.
