How to use this form:

You can use this Digital Accessibility Accommodation Request form to request a reasonable accommodation for digital DNR properties including websites, applications, or other IT technology.

All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Accommodations for qualified individuals are provided at no cost to the individual.
Accommodation requests that would impose an undue financial or administrative burden on DNR may not be fulfilled as requested.

While this form is intended for digital accessibility, you are welcome to to use this form for all accessibility questions. If you have questions not related to digital accessibility, you can view dnr.colorado.gov/accessibility for ADA Coordinator contact information. DNR cannot process reasonable accommodation requests on behalf of any other State Department. If you have questions about accommodations for a public meeting or a public event, you can also reach out to the contact information provided on the meeting or event notice. Please allow 10 business days before the meeting or event if possible to allow for arrangement of the accommodation.
