Sousapalooza is an invitation for hundreds of brass, wind, and percussion players to come together on Make Music Day and sightread the music of John Philip Sousa, the world's best-known and best-loved composer of marching band music (plus any other repertoire you choose).
We provide you with music to download and print, and then all you need is a bandleader, a location, and to spread the word among your city's brass and woodwind players of all ages.
This year, in honor of America’s 250th birthday, Sousapaloozas will be organized in a record number of cities on June 21, so spread the word to friends who may want to organize their own Sousapalooza!
