Illinois Agility Challenge:
Using cones or markers, create a box that is 10 x 5 meters. Split the box down the middle with four cones/markers evenly spaced. The athlete starts in push-up position, hands on the starting line next to the first cone. Complete this challenge as often as you want within 5 minutes and add your best times together.
